Returns & Refunds policy
1. All Sales Final
Perishable Nature: Because our bundt cakes are perishable and handcrafted in small batches, all sales are final once payment is made or the product is in the customer’s possession.
No Traditional Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any cakes after pick-up, delivery, or receipt of payment.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
Immediate Reporting: If your bundt cake arrives damaged or appears defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
Documentation Needed: Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
Resolution Options: If we confirm a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged product, incorrect order), we may offer:
A replacement cake, if time and materials permit, or
A refund or store credit, at our discretion.
3. Incorrect Orders
Wrong Item or Size: If you received a different item, flavor, or size than what you ordered, please contact us immediately.
Remedies: We will work with you to replace the incorrect cake or, if that isn’t possible, issue a refund or store credit.
4. Cancellation Policy
Standard Orders: You may cancel your order for a full refund if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time.
Custom Orders: For large or custom orders with special designs or personalization, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: If a cancellation request is made less than the required notice period, we reserve the right to retain some or all of the payment to cover costs incurred.
5. Refund Process
Method: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise discussed.
Timeframe: Once a refund is confirmed, it may take 5–7 business days (depending on your bank or credit card provider) for the funds to appear in your account.
